LOGISTICS(forwarding & warehouse)
We understand the grievances of most exporters where most of them have constraints in sending stocks to the border and subsequently to the importing country. Therefore, we have provided a ‘warehouse’ in Malaysia located in Kelantan & Kedah so that exporters only need to send their stocks to our ‘warehouse’ which we will then send directly to the importing country.

SALES & MARKETING
A business is unlikely to thrive without marketing. Therefore, we at ASEAN Mall, have provided some suitable marketing strategies in the importing country with a reasonable budget to do on behalf of exporters.
WAQF INVESTMENT
Apart from export services, we also provide investment opportunities to any party interested in investing or contributing funds to the ASEAN Mall @ Pattani, Thailand endowment project.

Waqf Investment
Waqf Investment or also known as Waqf Istithmar is a fund contributed in a Productive Waqf Project where the participant may not sell or inherit the endowed property or shares. However, they may earn dividend from the project in accordance with the terms and agreements that have been made.
In this case, those who commit Waqf Investment in ASEAN Mall@Pattani, Thailand need to register as Limited Partner in UnitiAsia Partners PLT, one of shareholder in ASEAN Mall@Pattani, Thailand.
UnitiAsia Partners PLT (UAP) is a Limited Liability Partnership established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for investors to participate in Waqf Istithmar (Waqf investment) project in ASEAN Mall@ Pattani, Thailand.
Limited Partners/Waqf Investors will get:
(1) ‘Blockchain’ Certificate of Wakaf ASEAN Mall Investment Endowment
(2) Official Document of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) as a Limited Partner in UnitiAsia Partners PLT (UAP) company with subtitles to be added (Shareholder ASEAN Mall)
(3) Annual dividend return until 2050

Investment
We also open for Return Investment to any parties interested. Same as Waqf Investment unless the normal return investment shares can be sold or inherited in the period up to 2050.

Cash Waqf
We also open opportunities to those who are interested in contributing in smaller amounts.
This contribution will be transfered to ‘Yayasan Uniti’ account and will be used by the ‘Yayasan Uniti’ in the ‘Asean Mall @ Pattani Istithmari Waqf Project’.
The proceeds from the project will be donated to the waqf body or ‘Yayasan Uniti’ for the purpose of assisting the education of children in need.
In this case, ther were no specifiq amount to be contributed, no dividend, but unlimited Waqf Rewards from Allah s.w.t., insya-Allah.
